The frame width and length, cross member depth and positioning, roller type and positioning, winch post set up, tow vehicle clearance, overall boat height, and many more things are all factors taken in by the trailer design department. The end result of this ‘custom building’ is a package that is high in quality, low, good looking and practical.

1: Waterproof quick exchange connectors with tinned wire, no more re‑wiring plugs.

5: High quality Australian milled R.H.S and S.H.S steel. Structurally superior, and an ideal composition for galvanizing compared to imported steel.

7: Custom axles with caliper mounts welded on prior to galvanizing.
8: Galvanised disks are specially prepared prior to assembly to minimise uneven pad wear.
